lazyme I don't see any errors in your composer message. You can ignore the warning about Carbon, and the suggested installs from dependencies are unnecessary unless you are developing something on your own.

You should be able to navigate to the directory you installed Flarum to and proceed as typical. You might wish to setup Flarum outside the web host and use the files in the /public folder for your webserver, otherwise you'll probably want to look into customizing the paths.
