hamedkouhfallah you can only set one default language. But you can then switch language before opening the admin panel on your computer.
For example, default language to French if it's the language of the community. But also keep English enabled.
If you prefer to use English yourself, use the language switcher at the top of the forum. The admin panel has no language dropdown but the choice you make on the forum applies to the admin as well.
