As we're slowly moving towards the next beta. I'd like to grasp this opportunity to publish our February update.
Behind the scenes 35 issues have been closed and 34 have been opened (Jan 23th - Feb 23th). Only a few of those have made it onto the coming beta milestone, which now brings the total open issues to 19. A strong contrast to the 59 closed issues so far for this release.
STAFF REPORT
The goals for staff are to keep daily tasks away from the core developers. In order to do so we aim for an effective and lean group of people. This means regular fluctuations occur in the composition of the staff team. We're appreciative of any contributions to Flarum and even more of those that actively assist us as staff.
Documentation
One of the initial projects of our fresh staff team is the new docs. Last week a repository has been set up to work on these newly structured pages. The coming weeks will be used to set up the definite structure and create the first few sections.
Tag structure
Another project almost completed is a tag restructure of these Forums. After a few months of hard work we're about to re-arrange all current tags to better match the needs of the community and those of the moderators. A meta announcement will follow soon.
