Verification Mails always land in spam

I have a problem, all my verification mails are landing in the spam folder. How can I prevent it?

Can you give us more details on your setup ?

Is it on your own forum ? Which email relay or provider do you use to send emails ?

Who is impacted ? All of your users or just you ? Are there any inbox providers where all emails end up spam while other work fine ?

It's my own forum and I use a gmail mail adress. But sometimes it lands in the spam and sometimes not. I don't know why

Emails sent by Flarum are by default plain text only and don't include an unsubscribe link. These two things make it easy for messages to be marked as spam, especially by Gmail which is increasingly aggressive
