Weblate for translating Turkish

@tolgaaaltas According to this post you were involved in @luceos project for managing translations using external tool. Would you be interested in participating in a similar initiative? I have a working solution based on Weblate instance and I'm already using it for Polish language pack. It should simplify translation process a lot (for example this system automatically fetches new strings to translate, so complementing missing translations for beta 10 should be super easy).

tolgaaaltas I imported translations from https://github.com/tolgaaaltas/flarum-ext-turkish and https://github.com/tolgaaaltas/flarum-lang-turkish. There were problems with 3 extensions, I will try to solve them tomorrow.

@tolgaaaltas All extensions should be already imported, let me know if something is missing.

I opened PR with sync translations from Weblate to your extension. I can configure bot to push these changes to your repo automatically, but you need to grant write access for robbot006 user. You can do this in repository Settings > Collaborators & teams:

rob006 I have a two different repo for core and extensions. Now all yml files into core translation extension. How can we fix this? I revert it.

tolgaaaltas I could try to adjust split script to handle 2 repos for one language, but why do you have two extensions? It is more confusing for users (you basically always need some unofficial extensions, so why user needs to install language pack twice?) and harder to maintain from Weblate system, so what is the point?

rob006 When extensions get update, i update an extended pack. But core doesn't need an update. This is the reason.

tolgaaaltas So you need to create one release and user needs to update one extension. Exact the same as in case of one extension with all, core and community extensions. 😛

@tolgaaaltas Just a friendly reminder - these PRs are still not merged, so synchronization with Weblate translations is disabled for your extensions.
