clarkwinkelmann The PHP version used on the command line might be different than the one on the web. php -v should tell you the command line version.

luceos robinodds depending on your hosting environment you need to switch to at least php 7.1, sometimes you can use a different php binary using php71 flarum info or your hosting panel allows switching.
