When I open this panel, there's a link saying "Read the documentation" for more information. The link is broken, and I don't see any documentation in docs about using the panel. Is it just not written yet?

How do I learn more about knowing what to put in that LESS/CSS edit panel?

I believe this is fixed. Rather, it says this

Customize your forum's appearance by adding your own LESS/CSS code to be applied on top of Flarum's default styles.

But even the info there could be made more clear
