Flarum really doesn't have a user management system by default, but there is User Directory, is this what you're talking about? Or simply searching for users via the Search bar and viewing their User Profiles?

gamestart you don't typically manage users in the admin panel. As an admin, you can select them in the posts view for example and administer from there.

gamestart The first two you listed, Avatar4eg User List and Flagrow User List are both incompatible, as you can see by clicking the links. We tag the discussions on this community with Incompatible tags if they don't work on the current release, you can use this to help find out if the extension will work without causing errors.

Use the FriendsOfFlarum User Directory extension instead, it is compatible with the latest beta. It puts the userlist in the forum itself, not the admin panel, but by default it is restricted to administrators only.
