Two different types of pin post or I found a bug

My flarum has been upgraded a few times, and I am not sure if this is an upgrade bug or if there are two different types of pin post options.

I pinned one post a long time ago when I first opened my flarum. With that pinned post, once I visited it was no longer at the top of my page. Recently I pinned a new post that I wrote a couple of months ago and it stays pinned to the top no matter what.

So I visited my site in another browser without me signed in and I see both pinned posts.

When I am in chrome my main browser and logged in and visit my site, Only the recently pinned post is pinned:

MikeJones Part of that is normal. If you aren’t logged in both pinned posts will be at the top. If you are logged in and have read the latest reply in the pinned post it becomes kinda/sorta unpinned. Until you log out or there’s a new reply. If you are saying you are logged in and have read all replies and it is still pinned to the top then that’s the bug.

010101 That's the thing I have read all of the posts in the second one. I wrote all of them...

I just went to it and scrolled down just to be safe and it's still there.

The only reason a read pinned discussion shows at the top is when it has the most recent activity.
