chawki how did you test it to confirm it doesn't work ? "Someone replies to one of my posts" requires the answer to mention the other post. "Someone replies in a post I'm following" requires to follow a discussion and be up to date with it (no unread posts before the new post is posted).
Are all options are checked in your user settings ? Do notifications appear if you do a full page refresh (F5) ?
