Welcome to Flarum!
Flarum is not a Laravel Package. The tables could co-exist in a single database by giving a Prefix to Flarum or Laravel or both. More advanced integrations will require some creativity on your side.
If you're trying to integrate login, take a look at the Passport login for Flarum.
