where to paste Adsense verification code?

Hello, I'm using flagrow Ads and wanna show ads on my flarum by using Google Adsense where should I paste google AdSense code to get verified to show ads, Google says "Paste it into the HTML of http://mywebsite.com, between the <head> and </head> tags"
I don't find any Html file inside the public folder.

thedd if it also works to paste it at the top of bottom of body, you can use the Custom Header / Footer fields in the admin panel.
