[deleted] It's possible that your MySQL/MariaDB database was inaccessible for a time (especially possible if you have shared hosting or the database is located on a remote server) and that generated the errors. If you run a VPS with the webserver and database both internal, then it might have been a locked state or some process that was taking too much memory and denying it from necessary processes for Flarum, and the server was able to resolve it itself or it reset automatically to resolve it.
You could check your webserver or database error logs to see if you can find more details, but unless it happens again, it might not be worth worrying about.
