Hello, when I try to install Flarum locally with WampServer I get this error message:

You can run".\vendor\bin\upgrade-carbon" to get help in updating carbon and other frameworks and libraries that depend on it.
I went to the vendorbin folder and clicked on upgrade-carbon and followed the process to update Carbon, but after that I always find "Index of" when I access localhost on my browser, can you please help me? Thank you. Thank you.
