How can I set a custom default profile picture in the core?

I don't need the gravatar extension for the profile pictures. I just want to set a custom default profile picture for all new users who don't upload their own picture, which is more related to my forum, than the normal first alphabet of the name default picture Flarum gives. Where can I edit it in the core till someone kindly develops an extension for this? Thanks.
