Get 500 error after update to Beta 10

Hi there,
Was looking to update my flarum site from Beta 9 to Beta 10.
Thought it was a good idea to begin by updating the extensions.
Saw that the command was "composer update".
So I used it. Yes I feel a bit...

Of course it updated Flarum installation too with all extensions activated 🙁
And now I have a error 500 page.

I activated Debug on config.php but I don't have any new log.
I'm looking for any apache error on CPanel sahred host but nothing.

Any help would be more than welcome 😉

PHP is mentioned, so there should be an error in the php-fpm.log file.

luceos Thanks. Sorry I have no idea on where to find this file. I looked for on my shared server but didn't find it.
Maybe easier to go back to a backup before the upgrade? Or I will probably have the same issue even if I deactivate every extension before upgrade?
Note: If I go back with a backup just before upgrade, I only need to restore file or database too?
