Showing the first image (in the first post) on the discussion list would be great. If not, it'll be too plain.

Did anyone attempt to do this yet?

Just trying to revive an old thread.

Picking the first image from the Flagrow image upload plugin and show it as thumbnail on discussions list will be nice.
I can try making an extension. Are there any related extensions that can serve as an inspiration for this?

itlo It's really confusing that no one is doing it until now. I also have the same idea as you. It would be great to display thumbnails like Reddit.
