Why Google ads comes error？

I applied for a sidebar unit ad in accordance with Google ’s official website, and I pasted it into the sidebar box of the ad plug-in, but the browser console kept getting the error "Ads repeatedly loaded!"

There are many known yet not really understood issues with Flagrow Ads... It works for some people and not others for some mysterious reasons.

Injecting HTML into a single page app has its lot of issues so I personally don't think fixing that extension is really fully possible. It would be better to develop a specialized extension for ads.

You could try moving the first <script> tag into the custom header or footer and see if it changes anything.

Can you inspect the ad element to see if the code is being added more than once?
Do you get the same error changing the ad placement elsewhere?

script tags should not be loaded through m.trust, as Clark mentioned the ads extension could use a rewrite using alternative methods.
