Please help me by the steps to install flarum in Shared Hosting using Putty

I got access to my Shell Access using Putty. Now please tell me the step to install flarum using Putty.

Only two steps is enough...?

1) composer create-project flarum/flarum . --stability=beta
2) <Directory "/path/to/your/forum">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>
