Ntruong 500 are internal server errors, either caused by the application (unlikely as you've already installed it) or the webserver. The best way to trace these issues is to check the storage/logs/ directory for the latest flarum.log file for any upload related errors. If nothing pops up check the php (with nginx) or error log of your webserver (apache, nginx).
