fakruzaruret there were some previous attempts by other community members and you should be able to find their discussion on this forum. I've seen some of your own comments on them so you are probably already aware of them.
The core team can't give any official guidance on this. You'll have to do your own experiments, or contact the members which have already done it in the past.
I suppose some general webview guides (not Flarum related) will help. You might want to try and find guides specific to Single Page Applications.
