This is what I see now when I try to open the notifications panel:

The very weird thing is that the notification that fails to load is linked to the wrong discussion. The discussion titled "Inter-NIET [..]" is an old discussion from 2018 and nothing happened since then there:

The even weirder thing is the email notification I received:
Where the title of the discussion is wrong ("Inter-NIET ..."), but the link brings to the correct discussion: https://forum.fibra.click/d/4919/10
I don't think this is the first time that this happens. I already noticed in the past that email notifications are sometimes referring to the wrong discussion, but now the notifications view is broken as well.
I was about to report this on GitHub but I don't really understand what's going on so I don't know what to report exactly.
How can I help debugging?
