put that into a php file named flarum-forum-auth.php in a folder called flarum-forum-auth in the plugins folder of Wordpress.

This is for the wp_users or whatever your prefix and users table is to create new user accounts in MySQL.

I also include the same exact trigger on after update as I do on after insert.
