testtt123 the yellow abandoned messages and carbon message can be ignored if they don't reference extension names directly. It's a message for the developers.
No need to install flagrow/mail-drivers (I think it no longer works since beta 9 or 10), everything is now part of Flarum itself. You will just need composer require aws/aws-sdk-php:~3.0 to use the SES driver in Flarum.
I realize the flagrow package was not marked as abandoned on packagist, I just did that.
