IanM yes I clear the cache.
The link extension broken also is not showing pinned discussion and footer of my theme is not load. Seems extension still be unable to loads. I need deactivate again this extension or broke my community.

peopleinside have you followed the https://docs.flarum.org/troubleshoot guide to identify the error that is breaking your community? Having at least an error or ways to reproduce the issue would be key and extremely helpful here.

When I activate Moderator Notes the link extension stop to work.

This is when the extension is off:

As you can see links are visible, pin discussion has the red pin discussion, etc, on the top there is the icon for the saved post (draft).

Once I activate the extension, even cleaning cache and everything broke Flarum:

Relic System

I really wish this extension became somewhat of a hub for moderator information, for example:

fof/spam could easily create a note when a user is marked as a spammer.
fof/user-warnings should probably be dependent on this add-on to function.
Flags could push a note that the user had a post flagged on a date (link) (applies to messages and posts).
fof/prevent-necrobumping could add a note that the user necro-bumped.

Granted, the flags and necro-bumping notes may seem nitpicky, but if a user is persistently flagged/bumping, then it gives a moderator a good basis to act upon without looking through a user’s post history.

This extension is simplistic but has a ton of potential, in my opinion.
