Cannot upgrade beta 11

I follow the Steps one by one and all extentions are upgraded but core is still beta 10

composer why-not flarum/core v0.1.0-beta.11.1

luceos It's show kilowhat/flarum-ext-mailing 0.1.2 requires flarum/core (>=0.1.0-beta.8 <0.1.0-beta.11)

Cathas9lives uninstall that one and try upgrading again 👍️

luceos There is no installed package depending on "flarum/core" in versions not matching v0.1.0-beta.11.1
