Composer cannot update from beta 11 to beta 12

I'm having the same issue. Solved 2 of 3 problems by deleting the required extensions and now I get

flarum/core    v0.1.0-beta.12  requires          s9e/text-formatter (^2.3.6)                  
flarum/flarum  -               does not require  s9e/text-formatter (but 1.4.5 is installed)

and not being from extensions list it's not present in the composer file and I don't know how to update or remove it.

ckubs please create a new discussions for your own issue, that way we can better assist each person.

Is s9e/text-formatter present in your composer.json ? If so, use composer remove s9e/text-formatter to remove it, then try updating Flarum again.

ckubs that shouldn't be a problem for you. Try restarting the upgrade command

clarkwinkelmann I'll keep that in mind for now on about posting issues. 🙂 text formatter is not there. That command gives me

s9e/text-formatter is not required in your composer.json and has not been removed
