flag options and extended moderation by post author/community

Background:
our old forum was very customized and we had an option to mark a post/comment as offtopic.
These comments would be automatically collapsed and not interfere with the rest of the thread. The mods and the post author could mark replies as inapproriate. Additionally the own comment could also be flagged as offtopic/inapproriate.

Flarum:
when a post is flagged, there is only the option to delete the post or the flagged message but nothing like: accept message (which would trigger to add a class for the post or something like that).

Wish:

let post authors moderate flagged comments within their own post
extend the actions ("delete post","accept flag","move post")
posts marked as inapproriate by at least 3 (or more) people automatically get action "accept flag" (community moderation)

These are all things that can be done via extensions (and in fact is an extension in the first place called flarum/flags) you could create a fork of the repo and build it to your communities needs. Personally I don't see this kind of thing being implemented in Flarum at this time anyways.
