Can't make first post

I'm trying to make my first post on my forum to get it ready for users and even as an admin I can't post. I get a popup confirming the tag I want to use and whether I use 1 or multiple tags, the "OK" button doesn't seem to change color and won't let me post anything.

myflarumusername Check your 'Tags' panel in the Admin Page. Make sure to change the minimum number of required tags. There are Primary tags, secondary tags and sub-tags (under primary tags). Secondary tags and sub-tags are both considered the same. Alter your settings accordingly.
