Newbie help, I'm stuck with "./ not empty" installation

Hi all, as the title suggests I'm stuck with "./ not empty" installation.
Let me clarify, I'm using a shared hosting.
The installation goes smoothly, I create another folder in the ./ directory and I use it to install Flarum, at this point I can't understand from the docs (and from the others thread posted) how should I proceed.

A step by step guide could help me a lot!

I already appreciate all the answers in advance. 😃

randla the dot in composer create-project flarum/flarum . --stability=beta is the folder in which to install. This folder must be empty. A dot means "the current directory".

If you created a new directory for Flarum, either move there with cd <path> before running the command, or change the command to composer create-project flarum/flarum </path/to/the/folder> --stability=beta

You can check for invisible files in a folder with ls -lA

clarkwinkelmann My fault, I didn't explain myself well.
Flarum is installed correctly, but once installed with this directory composition:

Root
|----Public_Html
|----Flarum
--------|----AllFlarumFiles

I don't know how to proceed to finish the configuration correctly.
From the docs I can't understand which files to move/modify and how modify.
