tuilagio if you are not developing your own extension this will be difficult.
If you have your own extension (maybe forked from summaries?) you can render an <a> element with Mithril. Then you'll probably need to prevent event bubbling because by default a click anywhere on the element is used to trigger navigation to that discussion.
