So this optimization basically disables some caching? What would be a big forum in terms of posts?

Could there be an option to hide "secondary" tags from the top bar in the "Full page desktop?" mode? It causes a bad horizontal scroll-bar to appear when too many are added.
I guess this is also a general problem if there are too many top-level primary tags?
I also noticed that this plugin seems to incorrectly overwrite the "Forum Description" setting when posting a root link to external websites and instead only says "All Categories". Would be nice if that could be fixed 🙂
Can I remove the top tags on the category page?
@askvortsov Is there a way to hide private primary tags from showing up in this category list? Post itself are not visible to non-authorized users, but the listing in the main page remains visible even to public visitors.
Another question: I don't particularly like the categories view (even in minimized form) on mobile.
Is there a way to configure Flarum to default to the "All discussions" view on mobile only? Maybe something I can add to the header without having to modify this extension?
In case you didn't get a notification about it, I'm still having the issue outlined in this ticket: askvortsov1/flarum-categories17
Also added two new issues I found askvortsov1/flarum-categories22 askvortsov1/flarum-categories23, hopefully they are reproducible.
I'm facing incompatibilities in 1.0.4
The first one already mentioned horizontal menu shows the whole list of tags also for mobile.
The second one restricted tags became visible for not permitted users
Marked and described: https://prnt.sc/1d1vf5a
[EDIT]
I also found that it makes mess with vertical sidebar when normally previewing the discussion list. It even listed different subtag under different "category/tag". Better to remove it for a while until those will be solved.
D-W Yes I face the same two issues.

I think that is an unrelated bug that also happens without it.

Umm. Interesting I've disabled and uninstalled it and I don't see a side nav mess since that. Maybe I haven't paid enough attention to it but really since few hours, I haven't seen this issue here.
poVoq you were right and this also is core issue.
@askvortsov is it possible that the horizontal menu bug is also caused by some core issue?

I just tried to disable every extension I had on my forum and it did happen anyway.
😓

Hi thank you for the plugin and your efforts with updating it.
I have a question, how did you manage to not have the horizontal scroll while you have multiple tags?
I want to hide the multiple tags that are displayed.
askvortsov Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce this. If it's still an issue, could you open an issue on github, preferably with a video of it happening? Thanks!
Hello! This issue also happened to me and I wasn't able to fix that with the settings provided at the moment.
It happens to me every time, so I just made a screenshot of every step and uploaded an album on IMGUR.
Hope this can help other administrators 😀
Yes it seems to be a Flarum core bug, similar to how sometimes usernames show up as [deleted] despite the users not being deleted.
askvortsov Hello, I cant see live demo becouse front shows:
Enter your database password to update Flarum. Before you proceed, you should back up your database.
askvortsov Can adding support for hidding forum tags?
Champion, how can I hide the tag's primaries and make it look like your impressions?
cOSTa-BR I just released v3.0.3, that should fix this issue.
askvortsov Hi, what option do I need to enable to hide the primary tag ?
