Wrong tab names?

So when i installed flarum im getting these names everywhere.

How can i fix this?

Make sure that the English extension is enabled in the extension settings in the administrator dashboard. It appears that it is disabled for some reason.

Oke i fixed it, english pack was already enabled but i had to renable it.
