Need a self hosted landing page builder as companion to Flarum

Hello ! So I'm most likely going to choose Flarum for my community buuuuut, my project needs a liiiittle more than a forum, at least a homepage.
However I don't fancy using a CMS as troublesome as WordPress + ThriveThemes/Elementor + dozen plugins has become - and this might be a mistake on my part.
I'm looking for a self hosted landing page builder. So far I've found none, I've only found numerous paid and hosted (by the editor) solutions. I was hopping to find the ideal companion to Flarum that would let me design a page without coding. It doesn't have to be free, but I want to run it on my server.

bavard what kind of features do you need from such a page builder ?

You could use an online or offiline WYSIWYG editor to create your homepage HTML, then add it via FoF Pages. But I suspect your use case likely includes dynamic modules on the homepage.

clarkwinkelmann that is what I thought of doing after I discovered the Pages extension. But I'm worried of CSS conflicts. I Don't think I need dynamic content, unless JS is considered dynamic.
At the moment I can only think of needing illustrations and icons arranged neatly with titles and paragraphs, a video embed and sections - as in most landing pages.

bavard what most people do is what you describe in your original post. Use a CMS or other software for the homepage, and put forum in subdomain or subfolder. If you absolutely want to host yourself, the best would probably be to pick of the popular self-hosted CMS.
