Help installing flarum in CloudWays

Hari is it the output of the composer create-project flarum/flarum flarum --stability=beta command or of another command ?

Do not try running the Carbon update command. It will say it's outdated and that's expected, it's a message for the Flarum developers.

now i have one requirement. i was trying to install in sub folder . my expectation is https://www.domain.com/ask/

i need to move flarum from https://www.domain.com/ask/public/ to https://www.domain.com/ask/ in one word trying to install in subfolder of the domain how to do it ?

or should i do fresh installation .. if yes how to install in sub folder root ?

i have used this cmd composer create-project flarum/flarum ask --stability=beta
