Boot Error

I set up my forum Sunday afternoon and had no problems doing so. Everything's seemed fine for the couple days it's been up, but this morning I got an error when I tried to access the site.

Flarum encountered a boot error (Doctrine\DBAL\Driver\PDOException)
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused
thrown in /app/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOConnection.php on line 31

After refreshing a few times, I'm now getting this message.

This site can’t be reached.
[Domain Name] refused to connect.

Can anyone help me fix this?
Keep in mind, I am not as computer literate as most of you. You may have to dumb it down. lol

Chilly Are you using FreeFlarum ? If so, @Sanguine is already aware of this, and working on the issue. It's not something we can fix here I'm afraid.
