GitHub Login: Allow connecting GitHub account after registration

Hi,

I like the "GitHub Login" extension quite much, but unfortunately it requires users to register using the Github method. It would be very, very handy and useful to be able to connect GitHub account and the Flarum account at a later point in time - e.g. when activating the extension when already accounts are existing.

Furthermore it also allows to disable the GitHub extension and still allow users to login using their "normal" Flarum account.

pkernstock at the moment social accounts aren't really "connected" to Flarum accounts. You can use any of the social logins and it will connect to the Flarum account with a matching email.

The ability to connect and disconnect accounts is being worked on in flarum/core2059 and will ship in one of the next Flarum releases.
