Eu não consigo ver os usuários que se cadastra no fórum, gostaria de saber como faço para ver a lista de usuários e também queria saber como faço para colocar a imagem de fundo no cabeçalho como neste fórum https://forum.phenomlab.com/ não entendo quase nada de códigos então se poder me ajudar.

Para a imagem de background aqui no fórum podes pesquisar por exemplos de código css e colocar em appearance - custom styles
