Approval is broken

Hi,

I have Flarum 0.1.0-Beta12 and this extension is broken: https://github.com/flarum/approval

In reality it works but it is broken because I no longer get any notification when a new subject must be approved

So I do not know if a new subject should be approved or not because I no longer get a notification. I have to look in each tags

nether494 are you able to reproduce the issue on our demo forums ?

If not, could you try disabling some extensions on your forum to see if it resolves the issue ? It might be an extension conflict.

Sorry this is my fault... I forgot to activate the Flags extension 😅
