Discussion/Reply box goes full screen??

I just removed all css, cleared my cache, and removed my extensions but the problem is still happening. Screenshots attached with comparison to flarum.org : https://imgur.com/a/d9Uga1n

When I click reply or start a discussion the box goes to the top.

alx You can modify the height of the composer by grabbing its top border. This height is saved in the browser.

Have you tried hard refreshing (CTRL+F5) your browser, or on a different browser?
