Which version should I install?

nooriemad08 use composer, and follow the official docs.

The composer installs the latest version, which is Beta
I want the stable version, the latest version that is stable

nooriemad08 There is no literal "stable version" now.
I think beta12 is stable enough.

and the lasted version is 12, there will be 13 in May.

They should contain everything you need to get the latest beta version of Flarum running. Don't hesitate to ask any question.

While I'm not a fan of Windows either, this is a perfectly supported platform for Flarum.

How do I enter database information and run the installation?

nooriemad08 after the composer command, either configure your DocumentRoot to point to public as explained in the installation page or follow https://flarum.org/docs/install.html#customizing-paths to remove the public folder if you can't use that option.

Then you can open the url and follow the installation page.

You should also read the other sections of the installation page, they might be relevant to your setup.
