So I have a post have a lots user subscribe it.
As the number of post subscribers increased, timeout and long post time delay appeared because looks Flarum trying to send emails to all subscribers.

And this is a feature request to add emails send queue just like XenForo. It can solve the timeout and long response for posting issues and prevent reach the email provider limits.

This is already possible. Queue functionality is already implemented. Discuss itself uses bokt/flarum-redis: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/21873
