Endless Extension Install/ Uninstall Loading

Hi, i switched the bazaar crons toogle on to off and already clear the cache, but it still loading like this

Does anyone know why?

Whoami did you setup the cron command in the CRONTAB in addition to enabling it in the extension ?

No i didn't, i suddenly switched the toggle to on before pressed F5 at Bazaar extension page. I Never set up the crons at crontab

It now can installs/ uninstalls current extensions, however the latest extension i'm trying to install/ uninstall when the toogle was on still loading like that
