Extension Upgrades to Beta 5

Beta 5 is out (yay!) and it recommends we disable all extensions while upgrading. If we are using some extensions from earlier, do we need to wait till each of them is updated before re-enabling them? Should we have a thread somewhere that shows which ones are updated and usable?

JRay You should check the threads of the extensions you want to use. If they don't mention it being updated for use on beta5, you should ask if they would update.

Having that information in one place would certainly be handy.

@BlackSheep Would it be possible to add the latest working version number to the extension list?

Mostly, any extension which adds migrations (stuff in the database) is going to need upgrading. Very few will not. I suspect my Summaries extension might be okay, but I haven't tested it for sure. There are minor API changes as well which could affect extensions, so that's not a hard and fast rule.

jordanjay29 frontend changes require flarum-gulp 0.2.0 or higher (previously 0.1.0) and the migrations need changing. The Flagrow extensions have the migrations modification ready to be merged, but not the frontend changes yet.

Dominion I think that would be not only useful but needed. If new folks install beta 5 and then try to install extensions on that list, they will likely run into trouble fast. ?
