Anonymous50 the URL reflects the post that's at the top of the screen, while the scrubber (right nav) might reflect the post at the bottom of the screen when you are at the very bottom.
Also post number 14 might not be the 14th post if some posts were deleted or split/merged to other discussions.
When opening a link to a specific post, an animation should show which post was linked. It's not always very noticeable though...
