Changed locale packages to support ISO 639-2 languages (FriendsOfFlarum/discussion-language16)
- The ext will use ISO 639-1 where possible to allow for locale detection using language pack to work
  - e.g. english language pack uses en
- This data is now exported from Wikipedia's List of ISO 639-2 codes.
- 1.1.1 Add attribution notice to admin page
Chunk and lazy load the locale & country data so admin bundle doesn't increase by ~80 KB
- You may get an error telling you to disable & re-enable the extension. This makes the "chunks" (parts of code compiled into a separate file) copy over to the public/assets folder so they can be accessed.

datitisev With the use of ISO 639-2 codes in the case of Spanish it now shows as "Spanish; Castilian", it's a bit unnecessary, would there be a way to use ISO 639-1 for this language and just show "Spanish"?

When I select a laguage in the top menu this takes me to the root, how can i add the subfolder ?

PikaPower can you share more details and maybe a screenshot?

I am not able to reproduce. When I use the "Any Language" switch at the top of the discussion list on a Flarum install in a subfolder, everything seems to work as intended. So does Flarum's native interface language switcher.

I have managed to make it work with these settings.
The only difference is the toggle off from use detected language for default discussion filter

Why does everything work so badly in Flarum when the page is refreshed?

"Use detected language for default discussion filter" is very very very very very very very very very bad option 😠

After enabling this option;

Perfectly selected default language. But clicking to "Any Language", continue to displaying just detected lang.
If enabling option, ignoring Stickies discuss fully including press F5.

I've started wasting my time on very, very stupidly simple things in Flarum. I couldn't set up a simple forum for a full month because of silly problems. I will be leaving Flarum soon.

Hi there, it would be nice to be able to choose in which language the tags appear.

By choosing the language of the tag in the administration this would allow only the tags in the chosen language to appear and would greatly lighten a multi-language forum
