Cant install latest beta :O :O

I just want to make fresh install and...

Maybe it's a cache problem?

User39 i deleted .composer folder..

datitisev its just php7 composer, runs fine with beta 3/4

Why are you using whatever composer7.0-sp is instead of composer??
Could that be the cause?

7h3ev1l Maybe try composer globally if installed in a local folder, or the opposite if that's not so.

User39 should be fine. im sure the problem is somewhere on some repo.

7h3ev1l And I don't know specifically how to help you, but I suggest a few diagnostics.

Did you try it again to see if it was simply a network error?

Did you run composer self-update and then try?
