How to install Flarum in Hosting?

Hello, I want to set up an foro atletico de madrid and I like Flarum is very fast.

Can Flarum be installed on a hosting? or does it have to be a VPS? What do you recomend me?

I recently saw a Flarum article how to install it in a Hosting but it was an old version. I didn't find anything about the last update.

Jose1992 You need an hosting with 2gb ram or must.
Mysql 5.6.x or MariaDB10
PHP 7.x
and SSH access.
