Why Listeners does not exist

I'm improving the extension "UI Tab", I want to apply the fields filled in by the user in the setting mode to the href of the a tag. To do this, I referred Online User and Signup Button extension, everything works fine until I reach the last step of optimization:

I created LoadSettingsFromDatabase.php and specified this file in extend.php.

But once the plugin is enabled, it will prompt Class does not exist. Is there something I missed?

Littlegolden did you register the namespace in the composer.json file of the extension ? Eventually can you share the content of that file ?

If you modified the content of the extension composer.json file after having already installed the extension locally, you'll have to remove and re-add the composer package for Composer to register the new namespace.
