How to add two input field in in reply section means user can choose radio field and a drop-down field at a time of reply against post.

You might want to take a look at how extensions like Mason, Post license or Ratings did it.

what Clark's saying is that it's a little more complicated than just editing one file – you might be looking for /forum/components/ReplyComposer.js – because you'll have to figure out how to handle data once it's entered into your new form boxes, which means making new entries in the database. Mason is one of the extensions that can do some of what you ask but you may have to customize it.

[deleted] most likely not, because my plans have changed and I no longer have a use for it. I won't release it as a volontarily-supported extension because I already expect everyone to have different use cases and it will be impossible to meet most of them with a single extension.

As I say in the video, the ratings selector itself is an "easy" thing to implement (it took only 2 hours as the live stream accounts for). It's making it fit for a particular use case that would be most of the work, whether it's limiting the number of ratings per user, forcing replies to have a rating, restricting ratings to specific tags or discussions, unlocking features based on rating, sending notifications, ...

However the code is out there if someone wants to build something on top of it.

SatyamSingh I believe that video is the closest thing to what you're asking.

Another extension I developed that does something very similar is https://github.com/clarkwinkelmann/flarum-ext-post-license . There an actual HTML input is used, but all the logic is basically the same as the ratings extension.

If that's not helping, can you maybe give us a bit more details on what you're trying to do, maybe with a mockup?

clarkwinkelmann I want to add two input field in reply section so that when any user reply they also select these input fields ...means I want to make discussion forum for stock market where user also provide detail of share in reply section in two input field or may be more than two.......but I have trouble in making extension for it so kindly help me
