[deleted] most likely not, because my plans have changed and I no longer have a use for it. I won't release it as a volontarily-supported extension because I already expect everyone to have different use cases and it will be impossible to meet most of them with a single extension.
As I say in the video, the ratings selector itself is an "easy" thing to implement (it took only 2 hours as the live stream accounts for). It's making it fit for a particular use case that would be most of the work, whether it's limiting the number of ratings per user, forcing replies to have a rating, restricting ratings to specific tags or discussions, unlocking features based on rating, sending notifications, ...
However the code is out there if someone wants to build something on top of it.
